Cable TV Subscriber Issues and Complaints

1. If you are experiencing an issue with services provided by a video/cable provider please reach out to them first so that they have an opportunity to resolve the issue. Links are provided below for the cable providers in the City.

2. If you have already reached out to your video/cable provider and they have not been unable to resolve the issue, then the City can help. To escalate complaints that your service provider has been unable to resolve, contact the City of Los Angeles 311.

Contact 311 by dialing 3-1-1, or submit a request online at MyLA 311.

3. City residents that are experiencing issues with services that are not administered or regulated by the City should escalate their concerns to the following State/Federal agencies:

For complaints regarding phone service providers, please contact the California Public Utilities Commission, Consumer Affairs Branch.

For complaints regarding internet providers, please contact the Federal Communications Commission, Consumer Complaints Center.
